Production Guidelines and Standards at Chasers

Audio and lighting is contracted to MLD Productions for
all live music events (except Open Mic Nights) and some 
special events.  Production questions should be directed

Generally MLD Productions assigns a single audio 
engineer for set-up, sound check, audio engineering 
and lighting.

The engineer is scheduled to arrive no earlier than one 
hour prior to starting time for system set-up and the 
first band’s sound check. If a large event is scheduled 
that will require additional personnel scheduling or 
sound checks scheduled other than stated here, please 
contact MLD Productions as soon as possible to ensure 
availability.

Unless other advanced arrangements have been made 
with Jason at Chasers, payment of extra labor charges
must be made directly to MLD prior to the show.

Guest engineers must be approved by MLD Productions
no later than 24 hours prior to the show.

Guest lighting techs must also be approved by MLD 
Productions no later than 24 hours prior to the show. 
Existing audio and lighting is more than adequate for 
most situations. However additional audio and/or lighting 
equipment is generally available with adequate notice at 
a competitive rate within the limitations of the venue.

The major limiting factor for adding extra equipment 
is availability of electrical circuits.  Please contact MLD 
Productions to discuss any additional equipment needs.
